Tracie Pascoe

Tracie joined Kaye/Bassman’s Medical Device and Biotech team with a focus on senior sales leadership, including C-suite, across the United States.

Prior to Kaye/Bassman, Tracie spent five years as an executive search consultant where she steadily built a name for herself in the industry and completed dozens of successful searches. She thrives on uniting companies with the people they need to be successful and has an instinct for creating beneficial relationships.

Tracie has an MFA degree in Creative Writing from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in the Great Books from University of Notre Dame. Before she jumped headfirst into the world of recruiting, Tracie spent 15 years working in sales and marketing roles across a variety of industries.

Tracie has three adult children who are fully launched, and she currently lives in Harpersfield, Ohio with her very spoiled Cockapoo named Harper.
