A premier and integrated hospital system with a designated cancer center near the Blue Ridge Mountains is undergoing significant growth and is seeking full-time APPs, both NPs and/or PAs, specializing in hematology oncology. This lucrative opportunity offers a Monday-Friday, workday schedule, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. What We’re Seeking
- Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with Oncology experience.
Ability to collaborate with a talented team of oncologists and nurse practitioners, as well as a full staff of infusion oncology nurses, medical assistants, and certified technologists with a full on-site lab. The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM. The ideal candidate should be focused on quality treatments and be able to effectively work with physicians, APPs, and clinic staff to provide optimum patient care within our award-winning integrated health care system. Master’s Degree required.

Hospital-based Hematology Oncology practice with an Outpatient Department. -
Seasoned nursing staff and chemo staff; Emergency protocols in place for ADRs. -
You Choose – Outpatient or Inpatient positions available. -
Inpatient consults 24/7 availability, on-call MD. -
Future opportunity to assist oncologists in hospital rounding. -
Staggering hours – some providers arrive earlier in the day; one provider stays until 6PM. -
APP Oversight. -
Well-skilled clerical and support staff to include oncology navigators, Clinical Trials, social work, and financial assistance for patients. -
Genetic Counseling. -
PET CT and Lab Services on site. -
Thorough onboarding program using the Varian documentation system, dragon dictation, electronic order entry.
