Job Title: Superintendent – Grocery
Location: Dallas, TX
The Superintendent position will manage and control assigned supermarket/grocery projects, including overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, quality work, and trade contractor and supplier coordination and work in conjunction with the Project Manager leading the project team.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- ALL aspects of creating and maintaining a safe job site.
- Coordinates and supervises all construction activities.
- Creates & maintains construction schedule, identifies and solves problems.
- Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.
- Organizes and directs all self-perform work on site.
- Directs all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of experience leading ground-up, construction projects
- Must be willing to travel (relocation not required)
