Rachael Rose

Rachael is a Recruiter/Project Manager for the Kaye/Bassman Biotech team. She brings 3+ years of recruiting experience and focuses on filling marketing, analytics, market access and strategy roles in the United States.

Rachael graduated from Colorado Mesa University in 2008 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications. She spent 8 years working in broadcast media where she spearheaded the promotions department. In this role, she honed her public relations, marketing and strategy skills.

In 2020, she joined a niched contract recruiting firm in the tech industry filling software engineering, business systems analyst, help desk IT, UX designer, marketing, financial and administrative roles. In 2021, she was recruited to join a boutique recruiting firm in the medical device, diagnostics and pharma space.

“I enjoy learning about the different types of opportunities and the people who make companies shine,” said Rachael. “I get to know my candidates on a personal level and I’m proud to help usher them into the next phase of their career.”

Rachael lives in Grand Junction, Colorado with her husband. She has a border collie named Sadie and cat named Arnie. She enjoys learning new cooking techniques and testing recipes along with reading, traveling and spending time in the great outdoors.
